You can request a refund if any of the following apply.
If our course is broken and you can’t access it because the website is down. you’ll have to provide proof via screenshots or a video of the course/website being broken.
We’re more than happy to refund members who can’t access the course because it’s broken.
Sometimes we have to upgrade our server to handle the amount of website traffic we get from members but we send out an email to all members before doing so to let them know that the website maybe down for them as the server is being upgraded.
This doesn’t mean that we’ll refund you because you can’t login, if you have any login issues please email us via the contact page so we can look into that for you or just reset your password and login.
